1. These Terms and Conditions together with the order from constitute the entire agreement between www.superiordanceshoes.com (“the Company”) and the customer.
2. The Company will supply to the customer the goods in the quantities mentioned for the price stated.
3. Payment will be made by the customer at the time the order is placed by a secure credit facility in pounds sterling to include packaging and posting as detailed below.
4. Upon confirmation of payment the Company will dispatch the goods within 7 days if in stock or within 7 days of receipt by the Company from the supplier (normally 28 days) customers will be advised by email of any variation in the delivery schedule.
5. Goods will dispatched to customers within the UK by second letter post and for customers abroad by airmail.
6. Upon receipt by the customer goods may be rejected within 7 days and returned to the company at the customer’s expense and provided the goods are in the same condition they were when dispatched the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
7. 7 days after receipt the customer will be deemed to accept the goods.
8. Goods will be deemed to have been received by the customer within the normal mail delivery schedule as confirmed by the post office.
9. Goods are guaranteed under normal conditions of use for 6 months.
10. The Company will not be bound to dispatch the goods to any address other than the address supplied on the Order Form nor to any third party.
11. The Company may terminate the agreement at any time for any cause or circumstance whatsoever including circumstances beyond its control and difficulties in supply delivery or payment. In such circumstances the customer will have no claim whatsoever to the Company save for a refund of all sums paid.
12. Where the customer resides in an overseas jurisdiction it warrants that there are no special restrictions, licenses, taxes or requirements that would preclude the Company from performing in the usual course of business its obligations under this agreement.
13. English law should be the proper law of this agreement and all claims hereunder shall be settled by reference to the law of England and Wales.
